Never had a problem with collections and payments are low especially for my place.
This company is a horrible insurance company. They refuse to pay on their claims. DO NOT do business with them. I repeat, DO NOT do business with them. They need to be shut down.
Terrible insurance company I do not recommend to anybody! Invest your money in the larger companies to avoid getting raked over the coals. This is a small company that will take your money and then ask for more. I can only imagine how terrible the experience would have been if I actually made a claim. Greed and bottom line in the books is their main priority STAY AWAY!!!!!
My boyfriend had a ankle injury he had fell on my mom's property she has insurance with ram he had to have plates screws and wire put in his ankle and is continuing with therapy it was a slippery night because of rain and snow when he fell and she had a man made wheel chair ramp with no handles by her door ram insurance refuses to give him anything but 2000 for medical his surgery on his ankle was 30000 plus lost wages from work ect.
